Meetings
Since August every recorded meeting gets a transcript, a summary, the decisions and proposed tasks. The transcript is produced on a computer in our office; the summary has been produced there since 12 October 2026, before that it came from the cloud. The minutes take roughly as long as the meeting itself, so an hour-long meeting has its minutes within an hour.
Since May the assistant has sorted 3,424 threads. For 93 % it decided no reply was needed, and it keeps watch over the rest so nothing slips.
Documents
324 company documents can be searched with a plain question. Contracts, briefs, presentations. We read the text from them in-house, no cloud.
Projects
80 companies we assessed over that period went through the same criteria, with a score and reasons. A person decides, the assistant prepares.
What it cannot do
It only proposes who a task belongs to and by when; tasks go out only after a person confirms them. It rarely writes email replies, because most of our mail needs none, and it never sends an email on its own. The minutes take as long as the meeting, not three minutes. The local model cannot read images or charts; for those we use the cloud (see where each kind of data goes).
How much time it gave back. Roughly 14 hours a month, counting 30 minutes per hand-written minutes and one minute per opened thread. We measure the exact figure for your company in a pilot on your data.

We tell you up front where each kind of data goes
Most of the work runs on one computer at your company. What goes through the cloud is in the table, exceptions included. The table applies to live operation at your company. It has run the same way at our own office in Brno since 12 October 2026. The pilot runs at your company or at ours, as agreed. When it runs at ours, the computer and the Microsoft 365 are ours during the pilot, not yours.

Voice field reports, proposals and quotes, CV screening and onboarding are built on the same foundations: transcription and documents locally. CVs are personal data, so the table for your company is part of the quote.
It can also run with no cloud at all
If you prefer, we set everything up on your server only. You lose image and slide reading and the quality of demanding analyses. Microsoft can't be avoided if your email and files live there.
Nothing is trained on your data
Your data is not used to train third-party models, cloud included. Your know-how stays your know-how.
In writing, not by word of mouth
For personal data we sign a data processing agreement. The pilot runs on a written pilot agreement. You get the table above filled in for your company in the quote.
As of 22 October 2026, based on the configuration of our own operation; we rewrite the table whenever the setup changes. This website runs on Czech hosting, form submissions arrive by email through Microsoft 365 and the whole site goes through the Cloudflare network. Details in the privacy policy.

14 days on your data, no commitment
We run one selected use case on your data for 14 days, free of charge. The pilot runs at your company or at ours, as agreed, live operation at your company. Where your data sits during the pilot is set out in the written pilot agreement. Right at the start we agree what we will measure after 14 days.
03Quote and operation
On day 14 you get numbers, not a slide deck
At the end of the pilot you get a no-obligation quote with the measured savings and the price of running it: from CZK 1,499 a month, known before you sign. Setup may carry a one-off fee depending on scope. If you say yes, we take it live, train your people and keep looking after it.
When we won't make you an offer
The audit ends without a quote when AI wouldn't give you back enough time to pay for running it, when your documents aren't in electronic form, or when another solution would be cheaper. We say so plainly and the audit report is yours to keep.
We promise results, not technology
The audit and the pilot are both free and non-binding. What we deploy in the pilot comes with measured savings; the other audit recommendations come with an estimate in money. If the numbers don't add up, we tell you.

What happens to our data?
In live operation, meetings, email, documents and the website assistant are processed on a single computer at your company. Analysing images and slide decks as pictures and demanding analyses go to the cloud (Anthropic, USA); for reports only when you click, for email only as a fallback when the local model is down. Your email and files stay in your Microsoft 365. It is all in the table of where each kind of data goes. Nothing is used to train third-party models and we sign a data processing agreement for personal data. For the meeting-recording pilot at our office a different table applies, described on the pilot page (in Czech). For other services, where your data sits is set out in the written pilot agreement.
How much does it all cost?
The on-site audit is free and non-binding. So is the pilot: you trial one selected use case on your own data for 14 days and we measure it. The pilot runs at your company or at ours, as agreed, live operation at your company. Running it then costs from CZK 1,499 a month depending on scope, and you know the price before you sign. Setup may carry a one-off fee depending on scope; we state it in the quote.
Do we need our own server?
For live operation one small computer at your company is enough, or your existing server. Who supplies it and what it costs is part of the quote. How we handle the pilot is agreed during the audit.
Will AI replace our employees?
We deploy AI so that it gives people back time for the work that earns money. Decisions and oversight always stay with your people. AI does the dull, repetitive part.
Do we need to have anything ready?
No. We also work with companies where “everything is in Excel”; that's often where AI helps fastest. All it takes is the will to save time.
