I. Operator
The website sciteg.ai (the “website”) is operated by SCITEG, a.s., Company ID 04668359, VAT ID CZ04668359, registered office at Hlinky 487/35, 603 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, Insert 7461, since 23 December 2015. Contact: [email protected]. By using the website you acknowledge these terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of these terms prevails.
II. Nature of the information on the website
The content of the website is informational and promotional. Descriptions of AI deployments, stated savings and examples are based on our experience and on the operation of our own AI systems; actual results at a particular company may differ and we always verify them through an audit. The content of the website does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.
- The savings calculator provides only an indicative estimate based on the values you enter. It is neither an offer nor a promise of specific savings; binding figures arise only from the audit and the quote.
- The EU AI Act checklist is educational material. It summarises obligations in plain language but does not replace a legal assessment of your specific situation.
- The AI assistant on the website generates answers automatically. We strive for accuracy, but answers may contain inaccuracies; information confirmed by our team is always decisive. Do not enter confidential data into the conversation.
III. Ordering services
The initial audit is free of charge and non-binding. Neither submitting the contact form nor booking a meeting creates a contract for the provision of services; such a contract arises only upon express confirmation of a quote by both parties. A pilot (usually 14 days, free of charge, on the customer's data) runs under a written pilot agreement and, where personal data is processed, a data processing agreement; we process data only to the extent set out in the pilot agreement, and at the end of the pilot the customer receives a no-obligation quote. The terms of a specific engagement are governed by the contract or the confirmed quote; these website terms apply to it only on a subsidiary basis.
IV. Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, graphics, logos, code) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of SCITEG, a.s. or third parties. It may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our consent; this does not apply to materials expressly offered for download (the checklist), which you may use freely within your company.
V. Liability and availability
We operate the website with care, but we are not liable for damage arising from the use of information from the website without verifying it, for uninterrupted availability of the website, or for the content of third-party sites we link to (for example the Calendly booking service, which is governed by its own terms). We reserve the right to change the content of the website at any time.

VII. Governing law
These terms and the use of the website are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
